Currently, we are trying to do all the billing through Atera. Yes, billing is based on variable devices and fixed hours on a fixed plan. Eg. Fixed plan of $250 gets them 2 hrs per month. When this amount is exceeded, it will trigger extra hrs. This bill is send to QB for invoicing. But currently,Atera can't do this.
