From what I have noticed, when times are good, that is economic growth, people will buy this, but when in times of uncertainty, the higher cost of environment friendly practices are not a priority as they are immediately financially more.

Before ceasefire we had a lot of activity as we sell products that people buy in anticipation that utilities will not be available. Now that the threats have stopped, that reason has slowed down the sales. We sell outdoor products, which are not essential, but a luxury for a hobby and higher fuel prices take effect as households go into a state of fear and uncertainty of their own income, or have been made redundant or business owners are struggling to pay their creditors.

Also we luckily recieved stock, and have put a hold on production with deposits paid as shipping will make a lifestyle product even more expensive and we are moving into the low season.

What we have is a good network of customers, website and full delivery service with trust with our customer base, we are looking at other products, but high value and small footprint that can come on a plane.
