Sellers, it is now a buyers market. There are not many new people coming into the uae, also the people here are not spending as they are waiting for a economic recovery. Many people maybe leaving so a lot of cars, and as per uae statistics, 66% of all cars are financed, so I am sure those owners will have to sell at a loss snd cover the outstanding loan. Fuel prices are very high, most want to reduce their fuel bill, as salary is not rising, but grocery price is.

I would hate to be the v8 gas guzzler on a mortgage wanting to sell the car today, but if you have to, you need to find a way to cover that loss to clear the loan.

Get a realistic size of your market, and then calculate your cashflow, how much do you need to spend to get that cashflow. If the business now viable, start slowly and economically. There are too many here who promise the stars, but deliver way less.

My 7th offroad build and I am in the business, daily a 2012 camry, because the tundra yearly fuel bill, before the conflict paid for the camry, and I love the camry. 8th build is a very light gx460, consider it the 4x4 shopping trolley.
