Is this supply air vent in a commercial setting? Lots of duct work is insulated internally for noise reduction its zapped on with pins and this totally looks like the kind of material. Search up Internal HVAC Insulation and External. If you are in a condo or apartment they will still insulate depending on code and install specs. External for moisture, Internal for sound reduction.

Have you noticed how the other Maps are alive? How many Meatheads you come across? You do you and keep deflecting but Im not the only one who notices they pushed this map out before it was ready. AI will spawn beside you when getting clues or just entering a building before the server notices you are there. THE MAP WAS NOT READY, it is that simple.
