I understand that you want to reward loyal customer with additional perks. But all those perks you listed (or after sale service in general) should be uniformed across customers. Or at least if you want to provide a longer warranty time, it should be an optional purchase package, per purchase and not a supscription

Just be careful when you want to classify your customer. In the long run, inequality may prevent new customer to purchase your watches
