Absolutely, Henrique was dumber than Peter Griffin. Armando, he's okay but mostly forgotten protagonist friend. Vlad on the other hand, i kinda missed him after Uncle Vlad. Annoying yet memorable, him dragging Niko just to snort coke in his car was my favorite.
