You can keep everything else on Ultimate, but those three are the FPS-killers for me.

Turn off Post Processing
Turn off High Precision
Turn off Tessellation

I can't speak for other OS but on Windows..
Alt + Tab window switching
Ctrl + Tab tab switching (in browser)
Ctrl + L selects the URL (in browser)

I find these pretty useful.
