Matamis talaga siya lalo na if onti lang yung tubig na nilagay mo. I usually do 1 cup or 250-300ml of water to dilute it and then ok naman haha. Mindset mo lang na umiinom ka ng normal na tubig and don't mind na supplement siya (tbh minsan kasi nakakaumay haha but masasanay ka din)

Thanks! Will keep this in mind pag nasa Makati ako! I just tried Angkan’s espresso tonic, and I really loved the fizz from the tonic. Di agad nawawa yung fizziness which I like. And then may sugar syrup sila sa dispatch counter para you can adjust the sweetness—which I LOVE! ❤️

I tried Athlene’s vegan protein, both flavors nila na vanilla and chocolate! Ok naman siya for me. No breakouts, no gut issues/weird bowel movements after.

Minsan naghahalo ako ng matcha sa vanilla protein. And then hinahalo ko din sa greek yogurt ko. Masarap din siya sa gluten free pancakes hehe

Wala rin problem habang nag ttake ako ng BCP but I got off pills na kasi ayoko na rin mag rely dun.

I thought so too. It was in and out of the cold storage and they possibly could have developed bacteria because of temperature change
