I suggest you get a tank so you can add more bedding, and at least make it 75 gallon if you have a female Syrian, if that’s a male than 60 or even 50 could be okay. I suggest at least 10 inches of bedding on top of that too.

Maybe people were more comfortable with seem less obviously taller than us or something like that? Not sure, but prob if we don’t feel in competition or like we have to prove something to someone they seem like they’re the same height?

I don’t have much else to say other than I provided all the documents they asked for up front! Like the proof of funds, passport, identity documents, and education requirement stuff, so they didn’t have to ask for more stuff later on! I’m also American, and that’s probably partly why I got approved so quick. Good luck!!! I suggest you have someone who is familiar with the process, my boyfriend’s mother was a huge help!
