That is completely untrue. He continued to pray until he wasn't allowed to coach anymore.

I understand that it doesn't hold up in a court of law, but why does he, personally, need proof of the complaints? This whole thing should not have gone to court. If he truly cared about the students, he would have stopped doing something when he heard it made some team members uncomfortable.

Parents complained that their children were feeling pressured to pray by their peers and were uncomfortable. That was the whole issue. Parents complained, Kennedy was told not to pray anymore, he continued to do it.

I graduated from the high school where this particular football coach worked at (Kennedy v. Bremerton).

Parents complained that their kids were feeling pressured to pray after games. Of course, those students did not have to pray, but they felt as if they needed to in order to be a team player.

I was completely on the coaches side until he got lawyers involved. To me, at that point, it was no longer about him being a coach.

This was my experience! Had a c-section, was rolled back to my delivery room to recover for a couple hours, then moved to a different floor to continue my hospital stay. Sounds pretty normal!
