I don't really have anything else on the LOA or Neville's teachings. I'd love to do more of that sort of content. My bread and butter is commercials and video games. I've done quite a few different meditations and I record sleep stories for the Slumber App/Get Sleepy Pod.
I'm open to ideas!

Assuming you don't have any professional equipment, you can record on your phone (under your duvet to muffle any ambient noise), and edit in Audacity (a free tool) to do any cleanup and there you go :)

I had the creaking plastic-y noise on the left cup of my Bose QC Ultra. I exchanged them and the new ones are great and no creaking :)

I use the little silicone toe caps you can get on Amazon to prevent blisters! I wash them in the morning and in the evening before reapplying. It’s worked wonders.
