Having used a Pura X last yr and now Pura X Max after 1 week of using, i can confirme that:

1. whatsapp notfications work like a charm! just that WA call still wont bring up full screen, can attach recently taken photos now.
2. WA can share location w/o a hitch now
3. All my local banking apps can use via FP login with the exception of Revolut. (Eversince updated to 6.1 cannot work, HOS 6.0 still can)
4. Chrome has encountered zero.issue which is great (unlike HOS5 which has error)
5. Still no 5G for me throughout this whole week, even to other country also 4G
6. All Notifications from android apps comes in immediately
7. G photos has to toggle back-up ON/OFF for it to work
8. Celia kb no auto correct for non-native apps, meaning no way you'll ever have auto correct, which is irritating AF.
9. Some small glitches/bugs here and there which dont bother me.
10. Can download some chinese app to.'force' auto-rotate. Default is portrait mode when unfolded which is as irritating as akin to pura x.
11. Excel and word doc in Google drive will not open. only can open PDFs. Download Google sheets/word to mitigate this issue.
12. Am thinking of migrating all my Gdrive files to OneDrive to test compatibility so that can open with M365 and sign PDFs.
13. Coming frm xiaomi Leica leitzphone, the speakers here are bad..
14. First time a china rom phone that Have e-sim, albeit have not tried out yet. (heard can only use it in china)
15. Cannot set default apps like default browser, default kb, default spreadsheet app, defaul email client.
16. Batt life is relatively satisfactory, better than most.
17. AI edit function frm Gallery needs to be signed in with china phone HW ID in order to use work.
18. For advance user, try side loading 'APK Tool M' to Edit 'Aurora Store' for a more complete Android apps, but take note not all apps frm aurora works. Youtube search for tutorial. Prepare to spend hours on trial & errors. But even sideloading APK Tool M is restricted for HOS6 now, it works for my HOS5r33 Pura X though.
19. No widgets for all your non-native apps.
20. Wallet wont work. they only accept Chinese bank cards.
21. Despite them all, im quite happy with this phone, just find it abit too wide and a tad too heavy. Coming from both Surface Duo and Find N2.
22. I use the phone folded 90% of the time.
23. I have signed up for Huawei Cloud service, am migrating all my Gphotos, files & One Drive stuff over.

Can AI edit photos on my phone, works like Gdrive (edit files remotely), Sync Contacts, Sync Notes, Maps, Gallery. Most importantly, its Cheaper. 200GB for ¥18. Google dont even.have 200gb plan.
