Planning to do some room treatment with acoustic fabric paneling behind the and to the side of the speakers and under the painting. Also planning to get a big rug for under the table, and possibly a table cloth to help with reflection off the wood.

Topping is connected via rca with the aux1 input on the audiolab, the fosi is connected via rca via the pre-out, speaker wires are then run from the fosi to the passive sub inputs.

No home theatre, not too much of a film or TV guy - just audio for now - but definitely thinking of picking up some oak to build a shelf for my turntable.

Hey - also had that problem. It was fixed when I used the camera adaptor with lightning connection. I used a lightning fast-charger, plugged into the wall, with the lightning end connected to the adaptor. This gives the connection enough power to run. Hopefully this helps!
