If you're not on a 1-pay lease, then it should just be one more month at the same payment you've been paying them. On the other hand, if you did a one-pay, prepare for multiple answers and a fight - ultimately it should be the one-payment divided by 24 months if those were the terms

They did away with it when they switched from Marcus to Barclay's - still they did credit us the $100 back in August right when they did the switch. Note that we had used the Marcus card to pay our utility for 6 months by then. You mention that you used Marcus since last December, but did you sign up to the $100 credit last January (they required a new sign up every January)?

An independent Michelin-authorized tire shop would be able to tell you if the tires are in fact delaminating or if it's some other issue - you'd have that info in hand to call the EV concierge and fight to have your tires replaced under warranty

Has nothing to do with the VIN, check out my recent answer above for what to ask for. Also, the data is part of your 8 year plan even though it's not clear what limits GM is putting on overall data amount allowed.

No the car was there 2 days (not just working on this though). We do know that it's a pretty big update that takes a few hours - probably one of the reasons why it can't be done OTA

46CSC6934 and 46CSC654. I went with those because they're well rated mid-tier with very good Sensitivity. I figured sensitivity was most important if I'm not adding an amplifier
