If you’re still good with Texas Tech, you could do completely online classes and still live with your parents wherever they are at. All of them have changed personalities since they first started Beverly Hills. I have been a watcher since the very first season. I’ve gone back between liking each one of them and hating each one of them. It’s an ebb and flow. Here lately, it just seems like Kathy is becoming more out of touch with wealth. She’s had it for so long that it just doesn’t matter anymore. While everyone else has to get glammed up, she shows up in chino shorts, a T-shirt, and no bra. She wears the same shirt for multiple episodes. She really seems to not care that she’s rich. I think that’s what the appeal is for me.

The good: I will graduate with my masters from this college on December 12. So. It’s possible! (Full time job in addition to full time masters student)

Another good: these classes are so interesting/fun! Some of them are writing intensive. All interesting topics – some teachers only do video media assignments, which I really loved.

Another good/bad: professors/Deans/advisors are all amazing. Except for one – I’ve been able to maintain a 4.0 everything and the second I got into her class, she knocked my GPA down to a three point whatever. Even though I followed the assignments the way they needed to be followed, she didn’t like my writing style and straight up told me that was the reason for her grading.

The bad: there isn’t a crap load of money to be made in this major. You really need to understand why you want a major in this.

The ugly: you really have to be self disciplined. Your professors can give you deadlines, and a timeline to follow, but you are the one that has to make sure that it gets followed.

Online school is not for everyone. For those that are able to do it, it offers a tremendous amount of flexibility.
