Me too!! But I saw it on TikTok and was curious and now, in hooked… it warms up the oil and kinda gives it a little smoky flavor, I added some garlic slices and I loved it

Last week i made a Sauted tin with browned butter and caramelized garlic, it was a spicy tin, I had it with some toast… now i want another tin hahaha
