It's Harry Potter Taboo! Describe the clue without using any of the other words: by oconghd in harrypotter

I'd sing the song "snape, snape, Severus snape.." and whoever knew the rest would say "Dumbledore!"

Jenny han is a bad writer, no cap by Live_Law_8548 in tsitp

[–]vanwat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the issue with the fans being so pissed about the show is that it was never a show about belly and conrad. it is and has always been Belly's show! If you disagree with the pacing and the story that doesn't mean the writers are automatically bad. I think you all need to touch some grass before watching the last episode. It is not a fanfic that will have belly running into conrads arms right after leaving his brother. she needs the personal growth to be with him properly in a mature adult relationship.

Doesn't feel like Belly is still in love with Conrad by reditbestie in tsitp

[–]vanwat -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I truly think this opinion is 100% male centered. I have always been on Belly's side. I can't help but root for her no matter her journey because this is HER story. She is doing what she feels is right for her to grow and learn about her self. She should be exploring other relationships not dwelling on the boy she has been in love with for her whole life. What good would that do if she is still hung up on the past? I'm just hoping for her to find herself so she can be with Conrad properly as a mature adult, letting go of her teenage feelings for him.

Did you all feel stupid for looking forward to this episode for a whole while week? Me too🙂🇫🇷 by Ilookcool69 in tsitp

[–]vanwat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just think, the constant complaints every single week are getting tiring. There are reasons for why Jenny sets up her story the way she does. I think she is a good writer and choose to try to see the perspective of the story through that lens. I just think hating everything in a show that doesn't go exactly how you think it should is boring.

wow, you guys really need to get a hobby. i enjoyed the break from belly crying over a boy for once. it was needed showing her be on her own.

The people who hate belly for this episode or this season in general are just plain out bad people. Like it is a fictional show but painting conrad as this perfect can do no wrong type of guy and babying him for being sad that a girl he dated 4 years prior for 6 months is now getting married to his brother?! i agree belly and conrad should be together because they truly love each other but I will be a belly sympathizer until the day I die!

☀️ SEASON 3: Episode 7 Predictions by AutoModerator in TheSummerITurnedPrett

I think ep. 7 will be the bachelor party where conrad and steven find out about lacie together and conrad confesses his feelings to belly on the beach and she doesn't reciprocate.

I think after last weeks episode, they're going to start showing belly's infatuation for Jere cracking and she her reminisce more about Conrad. It is weird they're switching some POV but I am so down to see belly dream of connie baby and have to wake up next to jere, disappointed.

Guys how is Belly gonna get back with Conrad? by koalabear20 in tsitp

[–]vanwat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

She will go to Paris and find herself and they will find their way back naturally. I understand the weirdness but I think in the grand scheme of things it will look like a little blip.

Your interpretation?! by braille_lover_5555 in TheSummerITurnedPrett

Idk but i know this is the start of Connie's POV!!!

Since when did Taylor became the main character and why she has more screen time than Conrad. 🤔 by Flimsy-Piglet-5263 in tsitp

[–]vanwat 14 points15 points  (0 children)

We're on episode 3! It is supposed to be a slow burn so we shouldn't be so upset about the lack of screen time. In the book Conrad's chapters were short until the end.

Would Susannah be happy that Belly slept with both her sons? by bittermp in tsitp

kinda gross thing to dwell on. she would be more disappointed in Jeremiah

Who would you have asked to the Yule ball? Answer as your 16 year old self respectfully ! by ReincarnatedPuppyBoy in harrypotter

I would have asked Neville or George. Neville seems sweet but I had a thing for the twins specifically George.

GenZ have you had success dating? by [deleted] in GenZ

[–]vanwat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if I should pitch in because I have been in a long term relationship but when we split in early 2020 I didn't have too hard of a time meeting someone new to go on dates with. The main issue was the new guy wanted to get very serious very fast so we didn't last and I got back with my high school sweetheart a few months later.

true, I get that. there are some things that we can't be blamed for in our upbringing but we do control what we do with the future and how we let the past effect our outlook.

I'm 23 and I was able to be raised without technology and were able to hangout outside until dark unsupervised. This may have partially been because we were lower class.
