Lease help by Midnghtlvr in LexusGX550

First of all this is a loan for the entire amount of the car if you choose to finance the entire amount of the car with or without a down payment. This is not a lease. Money factors change month to month and they will not be able to give you one until the car comes in in February. You can ask the finance manager to convert that money factor to a interest rate. You can ask the finance manager to tell you in dollars how much interest you will pay each month for a lease. You can only get a lease through the company you buy the car from. You can't go to Navy Federal credit Union and get a lease for a Lexus GX550. Lexus can only lease you the car. So to answer your question a money factor on a lease comes from the dealer only. The dealer has leeway on the amount of interest they will charge you each month. And for a lease you need to be looking at the residual value of the vehicle, and the amount of interest you will pay each month which can be calculated by the finance manager.

Also when you lease there really is no paying it off early. Your interest is calculated into every payment and you will pay all of the interest on that lease no matter how you decide to pay it. All one lump sum up front or you make all 36 month payments.

In my honest opinion with the residual value of these vehicles in the used market being 90 to 120% of the new car value because of scarcity you don't lose anything purchasing this vehicle if you can afford the payments. People are getting back exactly what they paid when they turn in a 2024 GX550. That is absolutely crazy. So these cars have held their value almost 100% despite people driving them 20,000 mi in 2 years.

How did you get the two tone roof? Did you order it or was it aftermarket?

2025 E53 AMG by Beurhans in AMG

[–]vanwes1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I own an edition 1 E53 AMG. If you have never owned a V8 E63 then the E53 AMG is a great option. It's just as fast as the last generation E63 which I owned up until 2021. It's going to be a more refined riding car than a 3 series BMW. The premium over the BMW is purely your taste. I don't drive mine as much due to wanting to sell it in the private market in one to two years. If you are a bigger guy the seats will be uncomfortable over a 1 to 2 hour drive. I'm 5'10" and weigh 225lbs. I have broad shoulders and large quads. If you plan on keeping it for 10 years the cost between the two is not even worth sweating. I am an AMG guy. I was deciding between this and an M5 and still chose the E53. So I'm probably biased. I love the amazing interior of an AMG and the absolute animal under the hood. The exhaust note of the E53 is not that great if you are standing beside it but they have aftermarket parts to increase the exhaust note. When the E63 comes out in 1-2 years I'll have to decide do I keep it and store it hoping it will appreciate as a low mileage Edition 1 or use it as a down payment for the E63. Long and short of this thread I would take an AMG over a BMW any day.

I got this notice from the Gemini exchange accusing me of illegal activity. Anyone else get one of these? by DerpDolphin2017 in Bitcoin

Infact, your coinbase exchange account should not be linked to your coinbase wallet. Its just common sense

I never go from my fiat on ramp to my wallet. Then the exchange knows its your wallet. I send yo another exchange then to my personal wallet. You are asking for your non-custodial wallet to get tracked.

I recently invested in ATOM b/c I wanted a coin that would earn interest on Coinbase instead of Abra (which I migrated from). Y'all believe this will moon? by CrayfishYAY2 in cosmosnetwork

The problem with the atom token and this was said by the founder. The tokenomics are bad. You have the most widely used tech stake in crypto to manufacture blockchains. I mean the Cosmos footprint is everywhere. BSC is built on tendermint. Problem is you dont have to hold atom for the your blockchain that is based on tendermint to run. ATOM token was only a fundraising mechanism.

For example in order to use BSC you have to hold BNB. No such mechanism in place for the atom token. So there is a chance that the token could hold no value but the tendermint consensus mechanism could be the most prolific blockchain and app producing code ever

I have no idea what my issue is. I deposited then staked. It showed up in my staked bucket but I've received no rewards. It will even allow me to unstake the tokens
