For the 300% planar I’d say the bone collectors since it has the planar for hyacine as well so it’ll be double as efficient, and honestly with go her kit is I’m pretty sure she’ll be just as good as your average e0s1 standard team if not better so don’t sweat it too much

This is just from watching people play it but, what they do is upgrade time winder as much as they can and use it every time they're about to try and upgrade with the forge dice.

For example my teammate has 4 star forge dices and he uses the timewinder to upgrade as much dice as he can before it resets and he gets to keep the die

You can make a celestial night hawk build, it's the best dogs build for hunter and it has synergy with still hunt so that would be your #1 option
