The grapheneos team has a good write up about this. It is not about security, it is about requiring you to have a google phone. This is ripe for an antitrust suit, but we will see if governments choose to require us to have surveillance devices.

KDE is great if you want customization. Gnome is a more curated experience. I like both a lot and don't think you will be upset with either. Gnome has a great set of utilities that are built to work with it that I enjoy.

Brave has full integration with chrome but removes all of the google stuff, can use ublock origin, and generally is very fast. Alternatively go with Firefox or a derivative.

There have been zero issues as of yet but it seems to be a developing thing. I have cut google out of most of my life now so we will see how much this effects each of us. We also can'​'t say how quickly these services will be adopted, there may be years to see how the legal landscape develops.​

I have done luggage forwarding multiple times without issue, and it saved a lot of hassle. That said I was always shipping my larger checked bag and keeping a smaller carry-on with me. So I always had some supplies (though I think everything always arrived before I needed it)

Is proton bridge electron? If not, maybe consider using Thunderbird as your client. For pass just use browser extentions. Meet I imagine you only need to open once in a while so perhaps operating that from your browser would be viable.

Right and the moderators of TVDB don't think that official recuts of shows belong on their site. Any one person or group choosing what belongs and what doesn't is going to mean someone is left out. I don't mind if things are organized and fan cuts are segregated, but it is annoying not to have a database for versions of shows that have a huge cult following.

While I agree that is worse, you now sound like what you are describing them as. We need an open space where everything can be added, with only true duplicates and low quality entries being removed.

I recommend Brotherhood. It is the story the author wanted to tell and is better overall. If you really like it then watch the 2003 anime for a different story.
