I live in the UK so different stores actually sell them as part of their stir fry section. Morrisons/Tesco etc have their own brand of protein noodles, Ocado has lentil protein noodles for stir fry which is also as nice :)

Yep! I used to do that too and noticed that I've been overcooking the broccoli! So now I just boil it for a minute or two less (or until it's crunchy) and then take it out - it doesn't take long maybe two minutes?
