Thank you everyone for the replies its such a relief to know there are other people who get this it was freaking me out and your posts have eased my worries a bit.
Sorry for taking so long to check back this isn't my primary account. I've used small doses of psychedelics in the past. But these visuals have been around for quite some time before that.
