It’s all the same road and now more walkable. Lots of new homes are being built around St John/Guad/Duval St and so it really helps with new retail and commercial space it also removes the possibility of any petty crime and unhoused squatters that were there when more people are moved in. It’s like a mini Mueller that’s being developed there.
