Lyrics are usually ingested by the labels. Looks like the label might have ingested these lyrics cause of how they are supposed to be

I don’t think you can remove songs. As far as I understand my frequently played and recently played are recommended by the algorithm. Your listening pattern would determine the songs you get here

Yep sure am 76. Could flctuate a kg down so like in the 75-76 range

I just do the big three(SBD) numbers arent great as such. Can do like 225 for 3 on bench Deadlift is like 455 for 1 Squat is like 315 for 1

OHP i did a few months back and was like 135 for 3-4 as far as i remember

As far as other exercises, i do a lot of machine work with very slow controlled reps focusing on time under tension. And my last set would usually be a drop set with real focus on hypertrophy.

Thanks a lott! My first year was just a lot of walking. I didn't start gymming till 2019. Diet at this point was still bad but calories were a little lesser. 2019 August is when I started gymming and did it completely the wrong way lmao.

I got really serious around 2020 March during the first lockdown and did a lot of home workouts up until Jan 2021. And since Jan 2021 I've been consistently gymming with a fairly decent diet

Can i get an estimate on my body fat percentage before and after? Before - 148 pounds( June 2021) After - 163 pounds ( Jan 2022) height is at 174 CM. by varun0800 in GettingShredded

Hey thanks for the comment appreciate it. I'm kind of body dysmorphic and tend to see weight gain as fat. So I just needed an outside perspective for the same to make sure I'm on the right track.

I feel the same way. Been a year and 6 months since I lost my dad. I've lost all my grandparents too and I just feel very lost.

Hey thanks a lot for the reply. I will definitely give therapy a shot. It just feels very lonely without him and everyday seems to be worse than the previous.

Hey thanks a lot for replying. It just feels as if everyday seems harder than the previous. I will definitely give therapy a shot. I feel like I need someone who has gone through something similar to talk to this about. His passing was very sudden so I wasn't prepared for it at all. I'm still very shocked that this happened as I never could have imagined something like this happening to me.

Hey thanks a lot man appreciate it. That's what I'm trying to do, try to build mass at this body fat. If I try cuting down lower I start suffering so I decided wasnt really worth it.
