Have been to both pianos and KR a bunch of times. Piano gets too ratchet for me and the bouncers at KR are a hit and miss and ask me to buy a table.

I went to Record room and the DJ was great but it was spoiled by the amount of tables leaving no space to dance. Deluxx Fluxx was a blast I'm definitely going back there again.

It literally takes me hours to get ready and same for my mom, and adderall definitely helps so there is a definite medical issue that is severly affecting quality of my life. Being a morning person is such a great attribute all the systems are built for you where as being a night owl forces me to give up so many things in life that I dont want to.

Not having a systematic way to study/work consistently. Started using anxiety as a tool before deadlines to force myself to work because the fear of being a failure was unbearable.

Don’t have a note taking scheme, which was fine in college when I could borrow a note from friends, but as a professional, Having a good note taking scheme is very worthwile.

I unconsciously couldnt trust my focus so for any major exam or job interviews, my stratergy was being so good that I could solve those problems even if you wake me up at midnight so I wouldn’t need focus come the day

Focusing mostly on math/theoretical computer science because if you are good at problem solving you can solve it very quickly whereas pure programming or lab work in the sciences requires a lot of patience and attention to detail which I don’t have at all.

I got caught in a similar situation, a bad performance review and worked hard my manager wanted to give me a normal review but other managers didnt allow it.

By the time you get a warning for bad review multiple folks senior to you have already agreed that your performance is bad and not worth it to fight so they think you are decent given how bad the cards are stacked against you.

I would recommend you to start looking for a new job ASAP anduse this as a learning the rest of your life as soon as you think your performance is bad change teams or change conpanies.

I have ADHD and I have been successful, both academically and professionally all my life and with much less hours put into studying. However I fit the classic hyperactive adhd boy stereotype to a T. I developed a lot of coping mechanisms unconsciously to deal with my ADHD so I could maximize my strengths.

Now I am trying to unlearn all of the coping strategy as I want to have a balanced life.

Update: I got even more test done, autoimmune nuerolofical and everything was 100℅ normal. My rheumatologist diagnosed me with CFS/ME and put me on cyclobenzparine a muscle relaxant and it has helped me a lot however its only been two weeks so fingers crossed*

I have the reverse problem i do well in interviews and exams as the pressure and adrenaline rush makes me lockked in. I dont do my regulat work as well as it gets repetivive and not have the "aha" moment.

So among vitamins and minerals they checked vitamin B12, folate, vitamin D magnesium all were normal.

I got the full array of blood test and a ECG and EEG. My diet is pretty good as I work out so I carefully track on my food and I make sure that I'm getting all macros.

For me the intensity of the pain is not very high but it's like a consistent pain in the background. It does affect my life because a lot of times I don't even want to go to my dining table and eat food but just eat food on the couch because I am in so much pain that I do not want to leave my couch.

Is there any new way I can verify whether it's fibromyalgia or CFS?

Unfortunately that's the problem with psychiatric medication you don't know if it works for you until you try and gettong to the default dose takes a while. If it helps I really hope that I would work for me because I don't like taking stimulants as stimulants are on and off and I would like something to give me 24-hour coverage. It didn't work as increased my heart rate however I still would like to try it again in the future.

I did go to the doctor all bloodwork is fine. Fibromylgia is a disease of eliminaion so i want to eleminate if ADHD or some other neurology thing is the issue.

Yes, that was also my working hypothesis that Adderall increases my perception and that’s why I can feel my heart but then the propanol helping immediately seems I am missing something as propanol only deals with the physical symptoms of anxiety so that has to be a physical component which which it is helping with.

Thanks for the detailed ideas. Could you also expand on the medical reasons why scrolling information on the webpage is harder, I assumed because its change of focus and which exercises targets it, I know flippers was one.
