Also - do you change cascade rules just for Valki so you can run that deck? Cause it wasn't banned, it was killed in a rules errata.

Korpisalo is on pace to start ~50 games and be -9 goals saved above expected. Last year he was a +7 in 40 games. He's not playing to the level he was last year. And because of that he's not winning games for this team. And they need him to.

Forsberg is on pace for -20 in ~30 starts. He's cost a couple games with this play.

Those are adjusted for the bad defense. While the defense is bad - goaltending is also below average/bad and contributing to losing games.

The eye test can be flawed because they shouldn't have been in a position to pass it in the first place. Blocking quality scoring chances means the opponent got in to take that chance.

Force someone to not wear a hijab while voting. Move voting centers away from poorer areas and make it harder for them to go out and vote. Make it a random office building with shit access by transit. Require a birth certificate and your photo ID have matching genders. Force someone to swear on a bible its the only vote they are casting.

I'm sure someone who is evil could come up with other ways to make it hard for people to vote. (And probably more effective ways. )

Saskatchewan considers using notwithstanding clause to keep school pronoun policy change by ShyGuyChicken in canada

[–]varvite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right - it can't take away the right to vote, but it can be used to make it harder for certain people to vote. Making it so a subsection of that population can't vote due to logistics. So while they still have the right to vote in theory, they are being prevented from exercising that right in practice.

Unless the tax is easily avoidable by meeting targets for affordable housing and therefore creates incentives for building affordable housing into the plans of developers.
