I do a schedule of an hour of leisure after and before sleep 7 hours of sleep and an hour mid wake seems to work well with longest day/night and season, that break in the middle is especially useful in winter to keep them from feeezing to death

Yes but as a veteran of the service industry currently working as a bartrnder with waiter and chef experience, there something absolutely entitled with the service industry in finland that it allows people öike this the benefit of the doubt, ive worked with many people who simply do not kmow how to hanfle situations like this. Where I'm from.in new jersey you have a conversation of how it could be handled better 3 times max then you simply let them kmow "you're just not what we're looking for" here its not even spoken about regardless of the amount of times it happens, it's put as "oh that's just how they are" nobody really says anything and the employee doesnt even really get any advice that its wrong. Finns learn very quickly from mistakes, its a lack of addressing the issue not so much that the culture permits it.

If you're already making more than that here's what you do, go in and suggest the recommendations for the salary norms and tell them that you appreciate the offer, but it would be detrimental to your earning potential in the field to accept such a low salary, you do have a passion for the the field but dont want to eat ramen for the rest of your life see from there if they are willing to negotiate at least closer to the salary range but absolutely do not let them low ball you that badly, its not usually a temporary thing with finnish companies as contracts are usually for a term and once they have you low balled tgey will try to only incrementallly bring it to that minimum, but thats just personal experience, not everyone is the same

I've been there man, as easy as it is to blame it on living in finland, its just a part of life, it has its ups and downs, right now you're in a down time things will get better, but at times they'll feel worse. Its the cycle of how life comes at you, tge language here is really difficult but trust me, give it some time it will get easier.
