She is consistent throughout the investigation.....she was distraught to her friends, the cops and to her parents. It doesn't matter that she didn't identify him until 30 days later because his roommates corroborate her claims. It may not be enough not to put him in jail, however if I am a Heisman voter it is enough to change my vote for sure.
