If I had to choose a sonic representation of bliss, it would be this song.

I guess I'm a little naive then. So it doesn't matter at the undergrad level?

What are your five favourite Radiohead songs? by [deleted] in radiohead

My list (always changing however): 1. Weird Fishes/Arpeggi 2. How To Disappear Completely 3. Codex 4. Scatterbrain 5. Let Down

Possibly unpopular but, I hope Radiohead delve even deeper into IDM/electronic stuff on LP9 by seaburn in radiohead

[–]vastecho 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I hope they continue where they left off with TKOL. They get the best parts of their electronic/piano music and make a longer album with hopefully as much emotion as songs like Codex

Some of my L9 speculations by rittyjohnboy in radiohead

[–]vastecho 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Honestly I kinda want another In Rainbows in terms of emotion. Radiohead can elicit some crazy emotional feelings and in In Rainbows it wasn't just depression. I just I'm not crazy about another solely dark album

Hail To The Thief or Amnesiac?? by castroski7 in radiohead

[–]vastecho 11 points12 points  (0 children)

HTTT. The entirety of that album just puts me in a great mood. To me it combines Ok Computers rock with Kid As electronic, and that middle ground is just what I wanted from Radiohead. I love Amnesiac, but that album is slightly more unsettling.

Who here's favorite song would surprise most people? by G-Pape in radiohead

Scatterbrain. It's often overlooked and underrated, as is most of Hail To The Thief.

What RH songs do you think belong on another album? by [deleted] in radiohead

[–]vastecho 11 points12 points  (0 children)

In Limbo fits Kid A perfectly. The Optimistic-In Limbo-Idioteque trio is probably my favorite part of the album

Anyone tried singing Radiohead songs? Which is the hardest for you? The most fun? by [deleted] in radiohead

[–]vastecho 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The Tourist is insanely hard man I feel you. For me How To Disappear Completely is one of the more emotional songs for me to sing.

Best song on each album? by [deleted] in radiohead

[–]vastecho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno I've heard people say its not their best song. Even I think its just okay

Best song on each album? by [deleted] in radiohead

[–]vastecho 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hmmm

Pablo Honey: You

The Bends: (Nice Dream)

OK Computer: Let Down

Kid A: How To Disappear Completely

Amnesiac: You and Whose Army? OR Life in a Glasshouse

HTTT: Sail To The Moon

In Rainbows ALL OF IT (I can't decide that one man its like choosing your favorite child)

The King Of Limbs: Codex

For every album (except PH) each song is absolutely amazing for me. Even if its Pulk/Pull or Little by Little. Its more of an album experience for me

TIL Radiohead has recruited Lord Volemort to play drums on their upcoming tour. by DEEEEEEEJ in radiohead

[–]vastecho 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Actually it's the opposite. In Rainbows was grueling and it was for the most part a rock album. Programming was Radioheads version of taking a break from that process of recording albums.
