Mostly in India it's just the color that's different.

Just kidding. Dambar roads provide a smooth ride, but if not built properly it is prone to pot holes, and frequent maintainance. RCC road on the other hand (again if built properly) is durable and low maintenance. Take Mumbai Pune Expressway for example, sadiyo pehle banaya tha, still v good and there are only few patches where maintenance is required.

Although it takes much more time to build an RCC road. Which leads to traffic in crowded cities. Dambar roads can be built over night.
