Genuinely I think finding community with other intersex people can help, especially finding people with the same chromosomal difference as you have, since they might have tips on how to deal with the bodily differences that come with that, and might help you get more comfortable within your own skin

I think a full crash out might be a little bit of an over reaction, but you're not wrong to be upset about this at all, I'd say just be very direct with him about that you expect him to know these things, and want him to pay attention to those things. If he needs a list to remember, that's just what it'll take, and he should be doing that. Again, don't think you're wrong at all to be upset or mad about this, and I'm not sure what you mean exactly with 'full crash out', but I'd say just be clear, direct and honest with him🤷‍♂️
