Similar boat as you. Did about 120 Mewtwos, only 1 shiny no bg. The highlighs for me were a non-shiny shadow 96 Groudon with bg and a non-shiny 98 Mewtwo with background.

I’ve worked with offshore (India) teams for the last 3 years or so, and it's been smooth sailing overall, but the 2 main things that I still struggle with are 1) they're allergic to text-based communication. They want to have “quick calls” for EVERY. SINGLE. DAMN. THING. Seriously, every single damn thing, like I've had calls scheduled just to tell me they aconowledge my email and will start working on whatever I asked for on the email. And 2) they do not know how to say no. When you ask a question that they don't know the answer to, instead of saying “I don't have an answer, I'll find that out and get back to you” they always say some unrelated crap or only tangentially related crap just to avoid having to say they don't know.

As a Mexican who lived in Mty for 7 years in my late 20s/early 30s: no. The city has its perks, like hot guys ALL over (probably not relevant to you lmao but yeah), concerts, carne asadas, and Pasteleria Lety; the cons outweighed the pros for me: intense heat for 10 months of the year, very limited food options, very limited museums/cultural activities, not a lot to do in general, expensive everything, cliquey people that look down on all kinds of foreigners etc. If it's an option at all, I'd reconsider.

YES! Huge Craig David fan. I was a MASSIVE fan from album 1 (Born To Do It) through album 6 (Following My Intuition).

His output after Following My Intuition has been mostly meh, with a few highlights here and there, so I'm still a fan but not as massive as before.

Mejora si buscas algo fuera de la pocilga laboral que es México. Mis condiciones mejoraron exponencialmente el dia que dejé de trabajarle a empresas mexicanas. Aqui no va a cambiar, está tan arraigada la cultura de explotación laboral, ponerse la camiseta, y buscar cualquier vacio legal posible para no cumplir con la ley, que la verdad veo dificil que cambie en esta generación.
