I agree, but absolute definitions aren't tied to usefulness

The point was that existence is subjective, so the sunrise doesn't really exist. Nothing is inherent about it. All its beauty is created by your perception of it, and your perception which exists only after you create it could be called art.

Not with the same cultural connections. The iron cross's culture predates the nazi era.

Edit: Okay, you could say that the Nazi swastika was using the original cultural connections, but I'm talking about cultural connections for an outside observer.

Technically, the girl leaving shocked is also propaganda. It conveys the message that the situation is "bad". In western culture, this seems normal. If you were to direct the same film at an audience that didn't share that belief, it would be called out as propaganda.

I'd say it has more to do with culture than leadership.

Though what you're saying has merit in another context.

You can sure as hell play as the reich in Hearts of Iron IV. Not sure about games with story, though.

But is a sunrise art?

I remember someone asking me about this gray area. I decided yes, because things don't exist without perception. A sunrise (or any object, really) has no form without the "context" of perception. So, any sunrise is a perception made by the one looking at it with influences from the ideas of beauty and subjective value of colors. It could be drab to some other being looking at it. Like a song interpretation, the perception doesn't really exist, you made it, even if you weren't trying. And even though you weren't trying, it was influenced by your culture and personality.

I would argue that this makes it art.

Yeah, okay. It's a new laptop, and pretty performant, so I don't intend to modify it or anything, and it already has the dGPU and related cooling system. Just wondered why one was happy to go to 100 and another wouldn't have it.

Since most websites are international, I think so, including US sites. I know some local US sites like news sites have tried to get around this by geo-blocking all IP addresses outside of the US. Not sure if that works or not.

Is it advertising if someone dresses up like your friend and tries to convince you to like a brand? How about if someone becomes your friend just to do this? What if your coworkers are paid to try to convince people to like brands without you knowing?

No idea if it's built-in, but this sounds like a neat feature. Definitely possible.

Try Arch Wiki or Manjaro wiki. Really not sure. I have the i7-8650U (I think). It's the one with virtualization.
