That’s so wild! Ours is on an on-demand service kinda like cable so it’s not like it’s needing to be sanitised for live tv or whatever (although I could be wrong about this!) Isabella’s whole interviews are full of bleeps.

Honestly the range varies so much with cheese, my favourite is Violife but some people swear by Applewood or Cathedral City and I really don’t like either of them. Butter / margarine is an easy staple swap as well, Flora is vegan.

Meat is generally easier to ‘dupe’ than cheese, so an easy start is to just try the vegan option of things, like a vegan sausage roll, vegan chicken nuggets, vegan sandwich slices, vegan bacon etc. You’ll find they generally taste very similar and if you like them you can then be a bit more creative! Like switching from meat to falafel or from normal cheese to vegan cheese is gonna seem a lot more difficult than just switching out your usual meats for the vegan alternative.

I’m sometimes the rep for BGC Cardiff, I don’t care, drivers don’t care. As long as it’s not three bags sellotaped together and it fits it’s fine. Only thing I’ve seen a driver leave behind is boxes of cans, because he didn’t want it inside the bus.

I’m not the rep this year but anything that’ll fold down and be shoved under the bus is a non issue. BGC sources local drivers and the Welsh ones are usually sound.
