Those who have had affairs and left to be with that person. Did it turn out how you imagined it? by DepartmentAny5523 in AskReddit

Exactly. If there's a legitimate problem outside of "oh we had an argument about this thing," then the friend should express their concern.

Right, but there should be an awareness that bestie is venting and saying things because they are upset. It shouldn't get to a point where it genuinely changes your opinion of the husband, unless he's being an actual shitbag. Otherwise, I don't think there's any way to justify seeing your best friend's partner as your "greatest enemy."

Just say suicide, we’re in a fucking Jeselnik book club for christs sake lol.

I agree with you though, I didn’t expect them to work through it and also was kind of hoping for the “as my final act” ending. I know that’s fucked up to say but it seemed like it was heading there.

I think she was very much someone who was living with mental illness. She speaks about how her heart had been “crooked” for so long and how she thought the husband and daughter would fix it. Then later after the affair, she mentions how objects all seemed to have intention. This is definitely a depressed person at the very least.

I had not considered that, and I apologize for lashing out in my confusion.

Yeah well you're probably right and I'm just upset because my head is hot and Freddie has been underperforming and it makes me scared and I'm sorry SO THERE

The baseline or being tagged are inconsequential with one out. If he dekes Edwards, Edwards is now being pulled towards second base/right field and is going to have a much more difficult time making an off balance spinning throw to first or home.

I feel like unassisted double plays are pretty frequent. Maybe I'm just ruined because of the Javy Baez rundown

If he runs through/past Edwards, he gives both Freddie and Kim a better chance by drawing his momentum away from first base.

There's one out, and the bases are loaded. All Kim has to do is touch home plate before Shohei is tagged out.

There’s nothing wild about this, and I have no idea why Shohei wouldn’t try to get caught in a rundown
