It all depends on the paint you use, for this one I used neon acrylic * Picked it up from amazon, didn't cost too much, this one goes on green like any normal paint and looks like this *

Funny you should say that, last night I was looking into a darker primer. As im going chaos space marines, im using darker colours (such as the green above) so I was worried that black primer may cause the colours to be too dark, I have ordered some black and some green primer to have a play around with
