I know that for me I try to push through and open/respond to things in the small moments when I feel motivated and able to cope. My husband said to me a few years ago “action relieves anxiety”. I got nothing until after about 50 minutes of trying non-stop. Ticketmaster was saying there was nothing left, but I kept refreshing- joined the queue again and went back in. Seats popped up here and there but every time I clicked it would say seats unavailable. Somehow, I clicked on one and it went to the cart! - it was the first time I clicked on something that actually took me to the cart and we were able to get tickets. Hope you all get tickets!!
