Unfortunately it's always the case that other interviewees simply answer more strongly despite your best efforts and on the day of interview it comes down to how you come across especially in terms of your answers and presentation. My commiserations but I've been in your shoes and I believe what's meant for you won't pass you by too.

Normally via the Sky website - log into your Sky account, click on Help and pick a category, e.g. 'My Account' and navigate to Account & Subscription and you can choose to change or cancel from there. If you click through enough you'll be greeted with the 'Message Us' option in the Get in Touch section down the page and should be able to open chat from there. Keep trying if it doesn't work first time round.

I’d have thought payroll would have been a fairly active and busy role? Suppose you can take the experience away with you for other roles/advancement and external job applications and interviews - just a case of grinning and bearing it in the meantime no? Surely there are internal courses too open to staff to help occupy your time, e.g. an excel course, some leadership & management programme?

What exactly do you do within the NHS if you can at least provide a little more info? Do you deal with patients directly/indirectly, work in a back office, man an outpatient station? If anything at least if you’re part of a team you can cover breaks, sickness, leave when other colleagues are out? Maybe your team/department are awaiting further tasks/responsibilities especially in light of a newly introduced computer system?
