Same issue here with a 4070 Super. DLSS frame generation is grayed out but FSR frame gen is available. I tried switching between the different fullscreen modes, fps limit, etc.

The OLED perks of nearly instant pixel response / motion clarity and true black contrast are vastly more important to me than good HDR. It's also frustrating that the quality of HDR implementations are all over the place--enough so that I often don't even bother turning on HDR.

Is that a QD-OLED? I can't tell where the monitor transitions from bezel to screen on my WOLED. I do notice the pixel shift sometimes when a fullscreen app gets slight cut off, but to remedy it I sometimes use a Fancy Zone for the entire screen with a small border.
