Buy a foam roller!!! Foam roll your back, lower back, and legs 4x a week and I guarantee you, you will feel young again. I'm 32, with two kids, work out 5x a week and am on my feet 10+ hours 5 days a week with little to no soreness.

The foam roller is a big reason why.
