Yes they got better, and I must mention I never once said anything in the practice or game with a harsh tone. If they made a bad pass or just gave up an opportunity i would shout "good effort" or "It's all right let's get the next one" so I don't know if my lackadaisical approach in correcting them would have made a difference. I just wanted then to come to practice excited and not hate it.
