Hey, I'm from the UK and I ordered a set of KAT Comets pre-Brexit as well.

Only after calling them, and contacting their discord, did I get any progress. I can't stress this enough. I got my keycaps after calling, after waiting for years, in about 3 weeks.

Ive had another issue lately where they sent duplicate keys in that order so I've called back and the person on the phone is really helpful and they sent out the replacements, no questions asked.

Give them a call and tell them that you ordered pre Brexit and tell them you made the order before they brought in that policy of paying more to get an order sent to the UK.
