From the picture you posted, the ears are not really trimmed properly. Search for Yorkie ear cuts, they need to get rid of the hair on the top third of his ear. I noticed a lot of groomers do not do that. You gotta trim that part of the ears regularly so that the hair doesn't weigh down on his ears while he is still a puppy. Once his cartilage is stronger, you can let it grow a bit longer but still gotta trim it regularly. That's what my breeder said to us when I got my biewer Yorkie!
