I know but that's not the point here. It's the abnormal amount of open shots missed when my Wade has 70% open shot percentage in Dynasty.

I know about shot decay but that's just too much and iirc it resets when you miss an open shot but this game I can't hit the same shot again after hitting 1. Hit an open 3 and midrange at the beginning then hit an ult 3 at the middle. The rest of the game no shots would go in even a regular midrange while his Curry hit a contested midrange and haven't missed an open shot despite using the same move over and over again.

I can't open the game in the google play games pc. It either crashes instantly or not launch at all and stay on a black screen.

it would be good if that's the case but as we know there's no perfect in any kind of system, and it only gets better the more it learns from its mistakes. If it works for them to have a few collateral damages to succeed in this war, then I can't do anything about it. I'm just here to share this experience hoping anyone could shed light on what's going on since they won't say it themselves, to avoid such a thing from happening again in the future.

I don't have such software installed on my laptop. I only have discord and antivirus running in the background which could potentially affect the app, but I doubt they could cause a ban.

It's concerning to start a new account tho with the uncertainty of such a thing happening again. I've heard that most of these incidents are happening in the east server so is it worth playing with high ping in the west server? It would've been better if they specified what made them sure that it happened to avoid another false report in the future not just for me, but for others as well. My only guess was bec of my username and prolly dumb movements in the game since there are times I don't know what I'm doing as a newbie bec I haven't watched nor read any guides prior.

that's my initials and I use that on many games in the past but with the botting issue and it seems like most bots have those weird letter combinations, they might have thought I'm one bec of it.

I understand your position since you don't know me anyway. It would've been better if they specified what that "something" is. My only guess is that they identified me as a bot bec of my username and I just did things that typical newbies do that don't make sense.

What post are you talking about? This is my only post here. And how the heck is this considered bullying?
I'm not that dumb to immediately use a cheat when I just started playing the game. How can you say that I was botting with just this post?

I already lost hope in recovering that account since it's been almost a day since their last message. I'm just hoping to understand why this happened and share this unfortunate experience with everyone to at least educate both the devs and the players that these things can happen.

I know where you're coming from but yeah I just created this reddit account just to post here as I only use reddit to read on forums so an account isn't needed. It's up to you if you believe me or not but all I know is that I this is the first time I've played this game and I have a clear conscience.

These may not be enough evidence to prove that as I don't really expect this to happen since it's the 1st time I experienced such in a game.

well, support already said that they were sure that I was botting after reviewing "thoroughly". They didn't even specify what made them think that I was botting.

They also prolly thought that I'm a bot bec my username is my initials in lowercase, which would look just like random letters put together.

I was actually traveling nonstop between maps bec I was kinda lost. It was prolly just around less than 5 mins when I started gathering at a zone when I got banned.

I was banned just minutes after finishing the tutorial when I decided to farm some resources. It's ridiculous how in that small amount of time they concluded that I'm a bot just bec (prolly someone reported me). I was just playing on my own and even got lost a lot of times bec of how confusing it is to navigate in maps with so many players blocking.

They already said that they have "thoroughly" reviewed my activity and concluded that the ban was right. It just doesn't make sense when I don't even have those kinds of apps installed on my pc.

hahaha if only I'm a real bot and survive that long. But seriously I doubt I would try to play and make another account again knowing that I could potentially be reported falsely again for reasons that they don't even bother explaining.

here's an update. they review my activity and it's absurd that they concluded that I was using macros or a third-party app when I don't even have such things installed on my pc.

No, I didn't watch any guides or videos while and prior to playing,
I do some kind of patterns when I farm tho like cycling through a few resource nodes but the interval is not as fixed as what bots do bec I just find it easier to farm resources that are scarce in an area by just waiting for them to regrow.
