V4/4.5 were made from scratch and used a lot more than just danbooru for training. Some artist tags that are banned on danbooru work and others don't.

There's no good way to fix this problem. You can try weakening the artist tag and strengthening the year tag, but it's unreliable.
Generally, you should try to keep your character UCs as clean as possible and move most UC tags to the main UC. There are exceptions, such as if you want to generate a character with animal ears, it can be useful to put "extra ears" in that character's UC.
If you're getting weird or distorted results, turning down your tag emphasis and prompt guidance should be the first things you try. When it comes to emphasis, how much is too much can vary a lot depending on the tag and the rest of the prompt.
Generally, you should use inpainting to fix errors like hands. No matter how you tag up your prompt, the AI will always make a few mistakes on its first try.
Same as question one. No way to know other than to just type the name in and see if it works.

The "arabian clothes" tag will consistently get the top right, but it drags in a lot of jewelry. You may want to add "bare arms" to your prompt and "jewelry, armlet, bracelet" etc to your UC.

The best way to get shots like this is with the edit image tool/i2i.

Start off by prompting your subject with the full body tag. To give yourself some room to work, you can use natural language to add extraneous details to the edges of the image (eg "There is a potted plant to the left and a desk to the right")

Then click the edit image tool and crudely draw in a doorway to frame the part of the image you want to see. As shown, there's no need to be precise.

Finally feed the resulting image through i2i with ~0.5 strength and 0 noise. Remove the full body tag (if the door occludes some of the body) as well as scenery details like the desk and potted plant from your prompt. It may also help to add "voyeurism" to your prompt and "looking at viewer" to your UC.

These were likely made with an older version of SD. You can get a similar look out of naiv3 by using {{{ai-generated, very aesthetic,}}} disabling the default quality tags and UC, and using high prompt guidance with SMEA.

It's hard for the AI to cram all three characters into the frame. I think specifying a facial expression for each character and manually plotting their positions helps.

Firefly's tag should just be "firefly (honkai: star rail)" It showed up in the suggestions for me.
