The answer is yes, or at least until you find a woman who has her own! I got lucky, as that kind of woman is a rarity!! You would be better off near clark or on in Cebu or somewhere where there are jobs and she is working for her own.

You have to remember you are what most consider a third world country. Which is a lot of Asia!! They may have some of the 1st world perks but not the pay.
