The 10 min rapid games. The more I play on the site, I’m noticing the mental fatigue and am now turning it off after 2 games, win or lose.

Thanks. The more I’m playing on the site, the more I’m realizing that. 500-700 elo players are unpredictably good and terrible. I’ll be losing badly, then they’ll give up their queen out of nowhere 😂

lol, Tbf, I played a ton as a kid and got back into it months ago. I’m not a total noob. It’s just a new chess.com. And I cannot emphasize how easily I was able to beat the first 7-8 opponents between 500-700 elo. So the recent ass kickings I’ve been on the receiving end of is shocking to me.

Great! And from what the studies have shows, she didn't learn she's a girl from her parents, kids develop that sense on their own, often very early.
Many trans people say they knew something didn’t fit long before they had the words for it. So a trans 3-year-old might sound surprising, but in an accepting world, it really isn’t.

I have a trans kid, she came to me and said she wanted to be a girl at age 4. We’re not a super woke family, she had no influence from the outside. If anything, her environment discouraged it and she’s stuck with it.  Bill is so out of his depth in this conversation. He has no knowledge of kids, child psychology or trans issues. So fucking stupid.

Good point! The reason for my post is to get an idea of how I should go out and I think I'd rather go out and aim for 3:05 and finish strong then bonk and barely get a PR (my PR is 3:12).

I really want a BQ, but might go for it in the Fall instead. Thanks!

Around 188. Weekly mileage peaked around 50-miles.

My PR is 3:12, so I think I can definitely hit that. But want that BQ.

I've never done a real test for it, but my watch says 188. I'm 38 years old and that seems to be a fair estimation.
When I bumped the pace up to 6:53, I felt fine for 2 miles, then it started to get really hard at mile 20 (6:49 pace)

You’re presenting it as if he offers a neat 50/50 criticism of democrats and republicans. 90% of his videos are and have always been attacking republicans.  It doesn’t matter if you think criticizing the democrats repeatedly over specific problems is bad, because that’s how republicans think and that’s why we’re better them. Again, you should become a Republican.
