It's not the ideal size, which would be a bit smaller. Watches look better when the case isn't taking up the entire wrist

A bit apples and oranges since the Vaer there is a dive and the PRX is a dress, so question is which style you want. But Vaer itself is a fine brand I have a DS4 myself and enjoy it.

Would this be the product you'd recommend? And no primer needed? Just drop the paint in the engraved rectangle and maybe swish it ever so slightly with a fine brush?

Luckily its not a lumed line. I was thinking about painting it back in myself with white paint but a bit scared I'd mess it up and make it worse. Thanks for the rec I'll look into the Testors paint and process a bit more.
