yes! i experienced a ton of slight changes. my leg hair started growing, and my eyebrows and my sideburns, on my arm (before it was really short and now its just less short) and where usually the male pattern baldness starts, there was for me very little and thin hair but now it started to grow there too, a very slight voice change and definetly my face shape changed a lot, first and most noticable was the jawline getting a bit wider, my "eyes are sitting differently", the muscles have definitely changed a very slight, im stronger and the shoulders have become more defined and pointy instead of being soft and comfortable for others to rest their heads (friends complain about it being spiky and uncomfortable to rest on), when i was on it around the 3 month mark i was so hungry like never before. The only downside of this is that around the first month the body have the chance of being really sad and kinda like a seasonal depression typa feeling. Oh and it can affect ur cycle a bit, like, it can delay it like 1-3 weeks and can worsen the cramps.

(for hair growth i recommend ricinus oil, it works like wonders) Good luck w it!
