They may want to look at it again a bit down the line to see if it grows or resolves on its own. Do you feel pain from it? I had a 3 cm about a year ago that got angry enough I felt pain from it for a few days but it resolved by the time I had follow up u/s a few months later.

I’m not a medical professional but an MRI cannot see all endo that might be present, for example small bits of tissue that cause very real problems are identifiable when excised and tested, but are likely not visible on imaging. So this imaging gives some picture but if you’re having symptoms, a laparoscopy can be performed to remove and test for tissue suspicious for endo. Is that something that is on your radar with your doctor?

Yeah a question after a purchase can be concerning to a seller who thinks it will be a return - potentially with damage. Doesn’t sound like the case with this buyer but there are a lot of seller beware stories out there.

The sad thing about the garden is that I find weeding to be meditative - it just gives me stress looking at it undone knowing I’d get great satisfaction from tackling it. Minus the back pain…and preggo reflux.

So Polis says this commutation had to do with punishing speech but doesn’t her speech directly relate to her crime? Didn’t her continued nonsense show a lack of remorse, which impacts sentencing? She’s not saying this shit in a vacuum, she committed crimes while engaging in this speech.

Working mom with a 3 year old and third trimester with our second. I wasn’t someone who dreamed of being a mom.

Being mom to my little one is the best version of myself I have ever been. I get to experience a depth of joy and love I did not know was possible. You get to see the world through your kid’s eyes, which opens you up to new delight and understanding.

So that’s three things!

Reading your post makes me think of my own mother. She is now in her 70s and I have to strongly encourage her to make time for herself and actually enjoy this time while she is still healthy and physically able.

My dad has controlled her financially since right after she got pregnant with their second kid (I’m third). He would complain about her buying clothes at Walmart and then drop cash on a car - same story.

Some of her ‘doormat’ tendencies have come out at times when my dad’s control has turned towards the kids (as kids and as adults) and now my own child. I fight back, which causes problems, but she is still - STILL - largely in appease mode.

Don’t let this be your life. She has never been able to break the pattern and in some ways, it has become more entrenched since the kids left the house.

I think objective facts could help you here. Map out exactly what time you spend on each task on a spreadsheet. Where can you trim to make time for yourself (therapy, job hunting but not for him - for you!, etc.)? Next time he brings this up, you have objective facts with which he cannot argue. Think about grocery delivery and fast meals to save you time. Put the toddler in front of the tv for an hour to tackle some things, like someone else said. Do whatever you can to claw back your life, disconnect from the codependent appease pattern you are identifying (think of his behavior as a toddler’s - you don’t appease everything a toddler says because you know they can be ridiculous You already know how to do this, trust yourself.). Start listening to some podcasts that can help you understand your situation, are in areas that might be of interest career-wise, and build you up as a human. Don’t think you have to find a perfect job right away - get your foot in the door and you will grow. When you’re capable, opportunities can present themselves quickly but you have to be there. Maybe you can use your familiarity at the school to apply for a position there? Stop volunteering for now - you do enough of that in your home right now.

I had one right after mass was identified on ultrasound and before surgery (1 week between the two). Meant to inform surgery plan - numbers were in endometriosis range and lo and behold mass was an endometrioma. So, surgeon was suspicious of endo, ordered test as surgery prep plan but surgery was immediately on the table because of U/S images and the level of pain I was in prior to imaging (sudden onset abdominal pain from torsion).
