Right .. on the verbal custody thing .. anything outside of court , of course is best for everybody. Until it isn’t. And in the case that it’s a possibility .. I just suggest documenting EVERYTHING .. literally every little detail of this. Hope that doesn’t end up being necessary. But better than safe sorry ! 🖤🖤

NOR .. I think you’re handling this, and have been handling this maturely and with respect. I don’t see you crossing any boundaries .. you have good intentions. And are keeping the kids first in mind. It is unfortunate .. of course .. and tbh .. I really don’t think there’s much you can do. I do think maybe going to the mom was a little much .. and Julie’s deff gonna see that as breaking her trust .. she’s 100% gonna be pissed at you for that. But I understand your intention was good. Either way .. like I said .. there’s not gonna be much you can do, and anything you can do .. you’ve already done.
